Esteemed trial attorney Phillip H. Miller presents a compelling program that helps lawyers evaluate their approach to opening statements and start to see the blind spots that are costing them at trial. Miller will show how to counteract biases, walk the line between exposition and persuasion, and challenge what we think we know about our jurors’ responses.
