Tyler Komarnycky

Tyler spent the first 10 years of his career in the legal industry as a Visual Litigation Consultant with the nation’s premier provider of legal exhibits and animations, High Impact. It was during this time that he was invited to speak at numerous Trial Guides’ CLE programs (below). In addition to being a Visual Litigation Consultant at High Impact, Tyler had a pivotal role in the establishment, identity, and growth of the High Impact "brand" via its marketing efforts.

During Tyler’s time at High Impact, he became aware of problems in the legal marketing arena. On numerous occasions, his clients made it clear that they were unhappy with many of the marketing companies they had engaged with on behalf of their law firms. Given the repeated complaints he was exposed to and his paramount involvement with High Impact’s marketing efforts, Tyler and his former colleague, Micah Kohne, (High Impact’s past Chief Marketing Officer of 17 years) founded Hype Legal in 2021. 

Hype Legal’s mission is to change the status quo in the legal marketing industry. Website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management are some of the services they offer.
