Stephen Wagner is a chiropractor that has been working with trauma cases for over 14 years and frequently called on as an expert witness. Part of his practice focuses on common injuries such as ruptured discs or torn spinal ligaments, as well as more complicated cases involving the intersection between concussions, TBIs, craniocervical instability, CSF leaks, and other causes of concussion-like symptoms. He is also certified to perform permanent impairment ratings (5th & 6th Ed.). Dr. Wagner has additional training from Northwestern University Center for Public Safety and the Institute of Police Technology and Management in crash scene investigation, vehicle dynamics, crash reconstruction, black box Event Data Recorders, and he is ACTAR certified.
