Stephanie Mastroni

Stephanie Mastroni is an Operations Consultant with Vista Consulting Team. She is also a lawyer admitted and licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut. Stephanie began her career 30 years ago in the personal injury field as a liability claims adjuster. She continued her education eventually becoming a practicing personal injury attorney. She spent several years as the Claim department Operations Manager at The Hartford Insurance Company, and several more as Chief Operations Officer of a large plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Connecticut before joining Vista over 13 years ago.

Stephanie has personally assisted over 100 personal injury firms in the United States and Canada with her knowledge and expertise in business management principles and Personal Injury Practices. Her work consists of coaching law firm leaders on how to create and implement intake and case management systems & measure and manage Operational Best Practices.
