Biography
Robert W. Bailey is a nationally recognized trial consultant specializing in visual communication and story development. For over twenty years he has worked on hundreds of personal injury cases creating the visual strategy to communicate liability and damages. His unique methods of showing the story has helped win some of the largest settlements and verdicts for cases of their kind. Using his scriptwriter, producer, and director background in Los Angeles, he has also produced over 150 settlement and damages videos. Robert is a sought-after keynote speaker and has presented at over eighty CLE seminars and workshops around the country including the Art of Persuasion at Harvard Law School. He has also been on the faculty of AAJ's National College of Advocacy for fourteen years.
