Rainey Booth

Rainey Booth is one of the few plaintiff's attorneys in the country to focus exclusively on defective medical product and drug injury cases. While a partner at Levin Middlebrooks, Rainey was a part of the mass tort team responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in pharmaceutical drug settlements. In 2000, Rainey started working with Zoe Littlepage. He has tried five out of the nine Rezulin trials to date nationwide, resulting in verdicts of over $40 million. Rainey has gone on to obtain other notable verdicts and settlements. The documentary film, "Zero.Two.Seven.Four.- Rezulin and the Death of Monica George," featured the work of Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth on one of their client’s cases.
