Peter B. Janci is an attorney and Partner at Crew Janci LLP – a law firm advocating for victims of sexual abuse in cases against enabling organizations around the United States (and sometimes beyond). Mr. Janci has had the honor of representing more than five hundred survivors of sexual violence during more than fifteen years in practice. He has represented clients in litigation against notable religious and civic organizations, schools and universities (public and private), government entities, hospitals and other care-providing organizations. In 2010, Janci served as part of the Plaintiff’s trial team in a sexual abuse trial in Portland, Oregon that resulted in a $19.9 million verdict for the victim. Mr. Janci has regularly appeared in local and national media, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and others. His work was recently featured in the ABC News/Hulu Documentary film “Leave No Trace”crew (2022). Janci graduated from Wheaton College (IL) and took his Juris Doctor from Northwestern College of Law at Lewis and Clark College. He lives in Portland, Oregon.
