Biography

Carl Bettinger has litigated hundreds of personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect claims. He holds the two largest personal injury verdicts in New Mexico. He is a popular speaker on trial advocacy and nursing home claims. Carl is a graduate of Williams College, Boston University School of Medicine and University of New Mexico School of Law. He is a graduate of Trial Lawyers College, where he was on staff from 2003-2009. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers 2008, 2009 and 2010, and the Best Lawyers in America, Medical Malpractice in 2009 and 2010. Peer review rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, he has been listed as Leading Individual in New Mexico by Chambers USA Attorney Guide. He participates in Improv classes and psychodrama workshops regularly. In his spare time, he has been known to go fly fishing. A runner, he conquered Pike's Peak in 2009.
