Biography
Arash Homampour is a trial attorney that represents individuals in catastrophic injury/wrongful death, employment and insurance bad faith matters throughout the State. Since 2016, he has been named one of the top 30 Plaintiff attorneys in the State by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. He was named CAALA’s 2010 trial attorney of the year and has been nominated as trial attorney of the year every year since 2004. In 2018, he was named by the Orange County Trial Lawyer’s Association as it’s product liability Trial Attorney of the Year. Additionally, in 2018, he was the recipient of CAALA’s 2018 Ted Horn Memorial Award, presented to lawyer who has provided outstanding service to the Association and the legal community. In 2017, he was named the Ventura County Trial Lawyer’s Association Trial Attorney of the Year. In 2007, he was named one of the Top 20 Attorneys Under the Age of 40 by the Los Angeles Daily Journal. From 2005 through the present, he has earned the distinction of being a "Super Lawyer", with the additional recognition since 2010 as one of the top 100 Southern California Attorneys. He also handles appellate work, including successfully briefing and arguing before the California Supreme Court. He also appears as a legal analyst on television.
